1/16 tsp anise seed, ground
1 tsp salt
a little saffron

Roast chicken. Tear into small pieces (the smaller, the more appetizing it will look). Add ginger, anise, salt, and saffron to chicken.
Beat eggs together. Add ginger and anise to eggs.
This can be cooked either in an oven or in a pan on stove. To cook in an oven, grease a pan. Pour egg mixture into the pan. Put chicken in pan. Cook in oven on 425 F for about 15-20 minutes, or until solidified. To cook on the stove, heat a pan and put a little butter in it. Pour egg mixture into pan. Put chicken in pan. Cover pot and cook until solid.
