6 egg yolks
1 1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp water
1/2 Tbsp garlic (@ 3 cloves, minced finely with 1 tsp salt)
Mix all ingredients together and cook over a low heat, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
This recipe goes very well with recipe 23, Chicken shaped as Carrots, and based on the original, I believe that the two were intended to be served together.
