Recipe 44: A good Cheese and Bacon Pasty

1 lb cheddar cheese, chopped small or grated
3 eggs
1/2 lb bacon

Preheat oven to 350° F. Put bacon in a pot with water. Bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes, or until done. Chop bacon into bite-sized pieces. Mix bacon with cheese and eggs. For a good pasty dough, see recipe 19. Form pasties and fill with mixtures. Be careful not to overfill the pasties, so that cheese will not leak when they are baking. Put pasties on greased foil-lined baking sheet and cook at 350° F for 30 minutes, or until done.
