3 pears (anjou)Heat oven to 350° F. Bake chicken for 60 minutes. Core and bake pears for 60 minutes. Let chicken cool. Soak roasted pears in cold water. (This makes it easier to remove the skins.) Skin pears and chop into bite-sized pieces. Tear chicken into bite-size pieces
