This version of Von Speisen, natuerlichen und kreuter Wein, aller verstand was printed in 1531 in Frankfurt am Main. I am working from a copy printed in 1984. It is volume 7 in the Reihe Klassische Kochkunst. The ISBN is 3-923090-25-0.

The English translations are entirely my own, and are still very much in progress. Please do not copy them. I would welcome comments.
