To the north of you, you see a drawbridge leading into a large stone castle. The drawbridge goes over a moat, and then through a fifteen foot stone wall. The portcullis is up. A guard stands inside the gate. Over a mail shirt, he is wearing a surcoat with the arms of the owner of this castle.

To the east are some fields. You can see some peasants harvesting the grain. To the west, is an orchard. As you glance behind you, you see the road you drove in on. Even while you look, it changes from a modern paved road, to cobblestones to a smooth dirt road. You wonder briefly about problems with mud, before realizing that here it only rains over the crops. Your car has disappeared, and you find yourself wearing a rough red wool tunic.

You frown slightly, concentrating, and your clothes change to a handsome green and burgundy velvet Elizabeathan garb. The starched ruff tickles, and it is far too hot, so you concentrate again and find yourself wearing your original clothes.

You can cross the drawbridge and explore the castle, or you could go for a swim in the moat . There are also some fields to the south.
