I obtained my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Boston University. My advisor was Ibrahim Matta.
I am currently a Research Sr. Software Engineer at Exegy Inc., and a Research Assistant Professor (by courtesy), in the Computer Science and IT Department at University of Missouri, Columbia.
My office at Exegy is located at 349 Marshall Ave. Suite 100, St. Louis, MO 63119.
Most of my research centers on networked systems: my work is on network virtualization, network management, Software-Defined Networks (SDN), network architectures and wireless networks, e.g., VANETs or Delay-Tolerant Networks (DTNs).
In the past three years, I have been involved in Big Data problems including finance and e-commerce applications. In addition, I am working on robotic systems.
