What's New
Pathrate v2.1.1 is
now available. Pathrate is an end-to-end capacity estimation tool for Internet paths.
This second version of pathrate is based on our recent
study of packet-dispersion effects.
``Class Provisioning Using Proportional Delay Differentiation'',
with P.Ramanathan. To appear at the ``Scalability and Traffic Control
in IP Networks'' conference (SPIE ITCOM304), Denver CO, August 2001.
``Dynamic Class Selection: From Relative Differentiation to Absolute QoS'',
with P.Ramanathan (to appear at ICNP 2001).
``What do Packet Dispersion Techniques Measure?'', with P.Ramanathan and D.Moore
(Infocom 2001). A
revision of this paper,
with additional results, is also available (submitted to the
IEEE/ACM Transactions in Networking).
