Statement of Teaching Philosophy
CS112 Introduction to Computer Science II (Java). Spring 2006
Statement of Research Interests
My research focuses on medical image analysis and its applications in biomedical engineering and bioinformatics. I am currently working on my dissertation on medical image registration and computational models of the lung. I have completed a Masters Thesis on the segmentation and registration of pulmonary nodules in computed tomography .
