In this extra-credit assignment, you can earn up to 50 points to be added to your homeworks grade. In other words, if your total homeworks grade was 320 (for an average of 80), you could raise it up as high as 370 (for an average of 370/4 = 92.5). Note that you cannot raise your homeworks average above 100.

From the E-Business Section of the New York Times, dated Wednesday, June 13, 2001, select an article that interests you, and which raises one or more topics we have covered in class. Make a PowerPoint presentation summarizing the main point or points or the article and how they relate to class topics. Your PowerPoint presentation should be from 7-10 slides long.

All presentations must be e-mailed to me no later than Tuesday, June 26, 2001. You must be prepared to present your presentation on Wednesday, June 27 in class. Your presentation must be no longer than 5-7 minutes. If there are too many presentations, I will select a few by a random means.

If you wish to do the extra credit, you must e-mail me by this Thursday, June 21 with the article title you wish to summarize, as well as the class topic or topics you plan to address.
