Preperation

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, suman, and spices
  2. Cook the Chicken by preheating in oven to 200 degrees C
  3. Caramelize the onions by seasoning them in sumac and cooking in a skillet with olive oil
  4. Assemble the dish by laying the flatbread on a serving platter and spreading the caramelized onions evenly over the flatbread and placing the roasted chicken on top

This is my fav dish because its my fav dish at my fav resturant and also it is my bestfriends palestinan grandmother who first introduced me to the dish and I've loved it ever since.
