- Mix mascarpone, heavy whipped cream, and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Dip ladyfingers into room temperature espresso on both sides and lay them in a bowl.
- Layer the mascarpone mixture on top of the lady fingers.
- Repeat steps 2 & 3 until top layer of mascarpone mixture.
- Sprinkle desired amount of cocoa powder on top. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours and up to overnight before serving.
