I am a doctorate student at BU Data Lab (MiDAS lab) under supervision of George Kollios. My research is centered at database security, with a heavy skew towards performance and implementations. In particular, I am working on components of a theoretical secure database - the one working on encrypted data hiding everything including access pattern and communication volume. The high-level primitives and techniques I use are ORAM (against access pattern leakage), Differential Privacy (against communication volume leakage) and OPE / ORE and SSE for manipulating encrypted data. I am looking for research internships in my field and I am open to collaboration.
