Twin Science: July 1, 2022 - July 31, 2022 (8 hours/day - 5 days/week)

This was my first experience as an intern in a startup. Twin Science is a brand that develops hardware and software in educational technology. I had a role in conducting competitor analysis, contacting an influencer who could work with Twin, and actively participating in user research. While fulfilling my responsibilities, I worked with the design, customer experience, and product teams.

Zurich Insurance: August 2, 2021 - September 3, 2021 (8 hours/day - 5 days/week)

This was my first internship and my first experience with a global corporation. During my training, I worked with many different teams, including Strategy & Marketing, Information Technologies, Call Center, Technical Operations, Customer Satisfaction & User Experience, and Finance. This internship was an excellent experience for me to observe and understand the inner workings of a global company.
