Hi, my name is Eren. My name is unusual in the United States because it's Turkish. Both of my parents immigrated from Turkey, and I speak the Turkish language fluently. I have a 12-year-old sister, but she has forgotten how to speak Turkish. I was originally born in Queens, New York City, but I've been living in Westchester, NY for the past 8 years. I am an economics major who just transferred from Ithaca College to BU this semester as a junior. My main interest, however, is finance, and I like to trade in the market and spend a lot of my free time reading Bloomberg or WSJ. I am looking forward to the next two years at BU and attending this class this semester!
