This recipe is my mom's and it is a classic comfort food that will always remind me of home. It is an easy but delicious recipe to make, perfect for all ages.
Ingredients
- 1 lb of Ground Turkey
- 1 Package of Spaghetti
- 1 Jar of Rao's Marinara Sauce
- Garlic/Onion Powder to Taste
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
Steps
- In a saucepan, cook the meat over medium heat until brown. Season to taste while cooking.
- In a separate pot, boil water for the spaghetti (salting the water will help it boil and give the spaghetti some flavor)
- Once the water has boiled, pour the spaghetti into it and cook for the allotted time.
- Pour the Rao's Marinara sauce into the saucepan with the meat, and let simmer while the pasta boils.
- Take the meat sauce off of the heat, and strain the pasta.
- Pour the strained pasta into a serving dish, pour the meat sauce over it, and sprinkle with parmesan to taste.
