I'm a computer science student at Boston University. For the last three semesters I've been on course staff for the intro Java course, which right now means grading, running office hours, and teaching my own lab sections for about 30 students. Along the way I've gotten pretty into backend engineering, databases, and distributed systems, mostly from staring at other people's code long enough to start caring about how it actually runs under load. Looking for a software engineering internship for summer 2027.
Experience
Teaching Assistant — Java, Data Structures and Algorithms
- Lead weekly lab sections for ~30 students, introducing new concepts and running assessments

A restaurant website with a full ordering flow — menu browsing, cart, and order placement — built on Django.
Mini Instagram clone
A stripped-down photo-sharing app modeled on Instagram, with user profiles, posts, and a following feed.
Quote of the day generator
A Django web app that serves a new quote each day from a managed backend library.
BostonHacks
Built a Python app that uses voice authentication to password-protect markdown notes, working alongside UI/UX designers on both the front end and the underlying data structures.
Boston University Civic Hacks
Programmed and hosted an interactive website for geography quizzes.
Boston University AI Society
Built a Java agent that plays Pac-Man using neural networks and pathfinding algorithms.
