Welcome - south korea?

As many know, there has been a rise in interest in Korean culture. I want to be able to share my experience and my own interests in many areas related to Korea. Ever since I was young, around the age of 8, I was always interested in Korean music. That interest in Korean music then grew into an interest in Korean dramas. Then when I got older and had more opportunities to learn the Korean language, I was able to grow my love for Korean culture.

A big part of my interest in Korean culture is the food they have in Korea. As much I love every single Korean dish, I do have my favorites that I tend to order every time I go to a Korean restaurant. I wish to share all the Korean that I know about with everyone who reads this blog. I feel like Korean dishes do tend to be on the saltier side which I prefer any day over sweets.

Another stepping stone that grew my love for Korean culture was their music. Every since I was young, I was always watching K-pop music videos and listening to all kinds of Korean music such as trot, rnb, etc. A Korean pop song that may sound familiar is "Gangnam Style", by the artist Psy who is also now CEO of an entertainment called P Nation, which rose in 2012. Another familiar K-pop group would be BTS who has been awarded multiple awards these past couple of years. Overall, in this blog, I want to be able to show you how much Korean culture has taken over me.
