About Ryan Petrat

Ryan Petrat, Class of 2025, Computer Science

Hello, I am orignally from Long Island, New York until I was in second grade when I then moved to northern Virginia for 3 years and now I am once again living on Long Island when I'm not up at school at Boston University. At BU, I am a senior studying Computer Science where I have had a great time learning alot and getting to meet so many new people from such diverse backgrounds and look forward to wrapping up my degree in my last year here.

	Ice Hockey	I used to be play at a very competitive level of Hockey known as AAA for most of my youth up until I went off to college where I mainly stopped playing competitvely, I still play from time to time now for fun in pickup games or just skate with friends.	My stats
	Video Games	In my free time I enjoy playing video games to wind down, I grew up playing games on my wii that my parents got me and has moved from the xbox 360 to xbox 1 and now finally to PC where I mainly play League of legends with friends or by myself.	League of Legends
	Building PC's	I first got introduced to building PC's by my friends who wanted to move from console to PC and of course I had to follow them so I began on the journey to learn all the different components and actually build, I have now built 3 computers thanks to the great deals on parts I found on newegg.
