  1. first, chop some onion and place it in a pan on the stove with olive oil. Leave it until it becomes golden brown.
  2. Add the tomatoes after slicing them, with the other vegetables, spices, and herbs.
  3. Leave for 5 minutes before adding 2 eggs and mixing it well until it reaches the preferred texture.
  4. Add your favourite toppings on a toast with the shakshuka. Enjoy!

Shakshuka has been on eof my favorite dishes for a while because it reminds me of home. In the mornings, me and my mom used to make shakshuka and sit after to eat it while chilling and drink tea. I also like it because it is easy to make and it was one of the first meals I learned how to prepare while I was living in the dorms. Not to mention that it's really tasty.
