Shakshuka
Ingredients
- Onion
- Tomato
- Garlic
- 2 Eggs
- Parsley and Cilantro
- Spices: cumin - paprika - chili powder

first, chop some onion and place it in a pan on the stove with olive oil. Leave it until it becomes golden brown.

Add the tomatoes after slicing them, with the other vegetables, spices, and herbs.

Leave for 5 minutes before adding 2 eggs and mixing it well until it reaches the preferred texture.
- Add your favourite toppings on a toast with the shakshuka. Enjoy!
Shakshuka has been on eof my favorite dishes for a while because it reminds me of home. In the mornings, me and my mom used to make shakshuka and sit after to eat it while chilling and drink tea. I also like it because it is easy to make and it was one of the first meals I learned how to prepare while I was living in the dorms. Not to mention that it's really tasty.
