Rice Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- Rice noodles
- green onion
- vegetables
- soy sauce
- Pork, beef broth
Preparations
- Pour the broth into the pot and boil it over medium heat
- Bring the soup to a boil and add the garlic and green onion
- Add beef and pork and bring to a boil again
- Use a spoon to scoop the meat into a bowl and set aside
- Add the vegetables and soy sauce and stir until the vegetables are soft.
- Add the cooked rice noodles, return the chicken to the pan and add the peppers
Rice noodle soup is one of my favorite foods because it is
easy to cook, it also fills your stomach full quickly after eating. While eating rice noodle soup, i
can add my favorite vegetables and meat to the broth, and it can be made very low in
calories. Rice noodles can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner.Also,
there are many other ways to do it, such as stir-fried, mixed the cooked noodle with sauce.
