Nachos
Nachos are my favorite food because they have a lot of flavor and are easy to eat. I also love cheese and avocados, so nachos are the perfect combination.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of chips
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 1 can of refried beans
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cilantro
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook ground beef until fully brown, add taco seasoning.
- Add refried beans to meat and mix.
- On a sheet pan, add chips, cheese, and meat and beans mixture.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
- Add diced onions, tomatoes, avocados, sour cream, and cilantro.
- Enjoy!
