I've seen a lot of people talk about keeping a diary and how it helps regulate emotions and in general a great way to get things off the mind. Can anyone share how having a diary has helped them?

How do you guys stay stress free, I need some ideas on what I can spend my time doing?
What works for me is excersing. You should try going to the fit rec!
I go for walks sometimes around campus, it helps.
For me personally, I love it! I think it's great.
If you don't have anyone to talk to it's a great alternative.
