Ivanna Zhu is an Advertising student at Boston University College of Communication and a member of the Chinese Students and Scholars Association Film & TV Department. As a copywriter at Boston University AdLab, one of the country’s largest student-run agencies, she developed strategic campaigns that earned Best Copywriting, Best Overall Performance, and Best of Show – Creative Campaign in December 2024. During the summer of 2024, she worked as a journalist at Suzhou Daily Newspaper, publishing 68 bylined articles and honing her storytelling and audience engagement skills. Zhu is fluent in English and Mandarin. She enjoys media production and proficient in video editing and Adobe software such as Photoshop and Illustrator. In March 2024, she was certified as a freediver by PFI. She aims to bring a global perspective to branding at an international advertising agency.
