Cuisine From across the Middle East

Cultural Cuisine

Being one of the oldest regions on planet earth, the Middle East has thousands of years of culinary experience, bringing forth the greatest cuisine on the planet (subjectively speaking, of course!). The actual content of these foods range greatly, however most cultures in the region integrate rice, dates, bread & meat (usually lamb) into their foods, due to the wide availability of these items, as well as the restrictions of the arid climate in the southern regions towards the Arabian Gulf. Be that as it may, the harsh climate posed absolutely no threat to the innovative minds of our Arabian ancestors and they were able to prove that tasty cuisine can be found on any corner of the earth!
